Access Storage - Blenheim

Staff are very friendly and professional. The first time I tried to access my storage unit the main gate would not respond to my code. I called the main line (it was a Sunday) and she immediately called the area manager. I was given a code that worked and all was good. Since I had travelled over an hour to get there, it could have been very upsetting, but Krista helped me out with no questions asked. Great team!

There aren’t enough stars in the sky to rate Krista’s excellent service at the Richmond st office in Chatham. I was irritated and she was patient, understanding, and forgiving. Obviously a seasoned customer service person who makes a genuine effort. Not all that common in today’s world. she is appreciated. I’d give her a raise!

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate Trish at the Chatham location! Omg she was a God send! She was so understanding and accommodating when I called about an issue I had when booking a unit! I was so stressed out and so pressed for time, but Trish made it all happen like she had a magic wand or somethin'! She has magical powers, I swear! Trish was sooo kind, professional and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, she has AMAZING, and I do mean AMAZING customer service skills. She is seriously fantastic and I truly appreciate all that she did for me! I would highly recommend dealing with her! If her boss is reading this, SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! Just sayin... Thank you so much Trish, you have no idea how much you helped me yesterday. I am truly grateful. Bless

We were in a jam and need storage quickly, I contacted the Chatham office and they were able to help us out, the service was amazing and they even stayed after hours in order help us out, greatly appreciated Thank you Cristina & Tristia
