Access Storage - Blenheim

Trisha (or Trish for short form...) was great to deal with. Got me all setup for a weekend start at the facility which I'm sure she was rushed to coordinate it all before her shift ended. Trish (Trisha) was professional, mindful of my situation, helped me with a solution when the plan we originally came up with didn't work out. If are feeling down Trish will lift your spirits with her glass full type of mindset. Her optimism and personality will be sure to put a smile on your face even if only for a moment. Trisha is someone access storage should treasure as she's a great face(haven't seen said face) to the company. I've dealt with multiple access storage and can say not every manager sets the managerial bar as high as Trish. *Note this seems like a paid review and it is, paid by me on Saturday when I gave my cc details... It may be an exaggerated review because I typically only write negative reviews however it's all true* As for access storage itself. I have my doubts on something there that I won't mention on a public review until I'm out of there. Will update this review to reflect my doubts if necessary later *

Dealt with April the manager and Trisha and both were not only helpful but also very friendly and welcoming. Helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. Both deserve high accolades. I will definitely refer anyone I know that needs storage. Thanks ladies!

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate Trish at the Chatham location! Omg she was a God send! She was so understanding and accommodating when I called about an issue I had when booking a unit! I was so stressed out and so pressed for time, but Trish made it all happen like she had a magic wand or somethin'! She has magical powers, I swear! Trish was sooo kind, professional and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, she has AMAZING, and I do mean AMAZING customer service skills. She is seriously fantastic and I truly appreciate all that she did for me! I would highly recommend dealing with her! If her boss is reading this, SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! Just sayin... Thank you so much Trish, you have no idea how much you helped me yesterday. I am truly grateful. Bless

Staff are very friendly and professional. The first time I tried to access my storage unit the main gate would not respond to my code. I called the main line (it was a Sunday) and she immediately called the area manager. I was given a code that worked and all was good. Since I had travelled over an hour to get there, it could have been very upsetting, but Krista helped me out with no questions asked. Great team!
